Chili Lime Grilled Salmon

These salmon steaks are stocked with the essentials to fighting high cholesterol and lowering high blood pressure. Omega 3.

Preheat grill

4 6oz Salmon steaks

Combine and mix in a small bowl and set aside.
4 tbsp Smart Balance® Omega-3 butter
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried dill
Zest of one lime
1 tsp Dried chili flakes (different from crushed red pepper)
1 tsp Honey or agave nectar.
1/8 tsp Sea salt
Fresh cracked black pepper

Place salmon on oiled grill, cooking for 8-10 minutes. Flip them over and top with 1 tbsp of butter mixture each. Cook for 8-12 minutes more until Salmon is cooked through.

*Serve with a warm brown rice, pilaf or fresh green salad.
