Spicy & Sweet Carrots

Sweet, spicy and of course healthy.  I'm trying to put an end to boiled or steamed vegetables all together. 

2 lbs fresh baby carrots
1 cup vegetable stock
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprikah
1/2 tsp season salt
1/4 tsp dried rosemary 
1 to 2  tsp crushed red red pepper
1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
1 tbsp honey
1 to 2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp olive oil

Heat up oil in large skillet.  Put all ingredients into skillet, stir slightly, cover and cook until carrots are tender.  Uncover and stir some more until all liquid is gone.
