Mango Crock Pot Chicken

Conveniently healthy. 

1 whole, frying chicken
2 cups mango, papaya salsa
7 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste.
1 can lite beer
1 large lime or 2 key limes, juice only


Place frozen, whole chicken into crock pot.  Squeeze lime juice over chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Cover with garlic and 1 1/2 cups mango-papaya salsa. Pour the beer in around the chicken. Cover with lid and cook on low for 8 hours.

Remove from crock pot and serve with a couple tbsp mango salsa on the side.
