This is a light but, filling meal and tends to be a big hit with friends and family.
you will need:
whole wheat angel hair pasta
artichoke hearts, quartered
extra virgin olive oil
fresh cracked pepper
pinch of salt
drizzle EVOO(extra virgin olive oil) over bottom of pan, over low heat
add garlic to pan boil noodles, adding pinch of salt. While noodles are boiling, add tomato and artichoke hearts to pan. While noodles are draining, add feta and basil. Just long enough to warm. Toss noodles with ingredients in pan, season to taste with pepper.
