Wilted Swiss Chard or Spinach

Swiss chard is one of the most powerful anti-cancer foods due to its combination of traditional nutrients; phytochemicals, chlorophyll, other plant pigments, and soluble fiber. The generous amount of vitamin K that is contained in Swiss chard, is especially beneficial in the maintenance of bone health. Pair this delicious side dish with a delicious Pan Seared Tuna or other light fish.
 
1 sm. onion
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1 clove garlic

Drizzle extra light olive oil in pan.
Sautee sliced garlic, onion, and mushroom.
Add desired amount of spinach or swiss chard.
Cook till wilted.
